1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Astropath website, products, and services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy and Cookie Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

“Astropath” may also be referred to as “Oldtreegroup” in these Terms, reflecting a planned future trade name.

2. Nature of the Service & Disclaimer

The Service is intended strictly for personal and entertainment purposes. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and actions based on the delivered content. For professional matters, consult a qualified specialist.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

4. Delivery

After successful payment and completion of the required information for your personalized reading, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Delivery of the reading (in written, audio, or video form as applicable) will be made within a maximum of 24 hours on business days.

Orders placed after 16:00 (Europe/Warsaw) or on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Reasonable delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., technical issues, provider outages). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

• Prices are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time. The price at the time of purchase applies to your order.
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. By paying, you agree to the terms and policies of these providers.
• The Service is currently provided in Poland as an unregistered sole proprietorship (działalność nierejestrowana). Prices do not include VAT. You are responsible for any taxes or fees applicable in your jurisdiction.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Unless required by applicable law, digital products and time-boxed services are non-refundable once delivered or made accessible.

If delivery has not occurred within the stated timeframe due to our fault, please contact us for a resolution (re-delivery or a refund).

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts. For digital content/services delivered before the 14-day period ends, you acknowledge that by giving your express consent to immediate delivery and confirming that you lose the right to withdraw, you will no longer be entitled to withdraw once delivery begins.

If delivery has not started and you are eligible to withdraw, notify us using the contact details in section 14 or the email provided in your purchase confirmation.

8. Complaints & Support

Please submit complaints and support requests to oldtreegroup@gmail.com and include your order number, purchase email, and a clear description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 14 calendar days, unless applicable law requires a shorter timeframe.

9. User Submissions & Acceptable Use

• You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or that violates privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service, probe or scan systems, or circumvent security or access controls.

10. License for Delivered Materials

Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivered materials are licensed to you on a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive basis for non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the materials without prior written permission.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the operator or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service or its content.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a specific purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

18. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, or internet/telecommunication failures.

19. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email (if available) or by a prominent notice on the website, unless changes are required by law or relate to new features.

Changes take effect upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & ODR

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes shall be resolved by competent courts in Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

If you are an EU consumer, you may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ODR Platform.

21. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy and Cookie Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
